Refund policy

We want you to love your incah pieces. If something is not right, here is how we handle it. 

Our Return Policy 

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a store credit. 

Please note we offer store credit only — we do not issue refunds to original payment methods for change of mind returns. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be: 

• Unworn and unused, in the same condition it arrived
• In its original packaging with all tags intact 

How to start your return:

To start a return, email us at contact@incah.com.au with your order number and reason for return. 

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return address you can send your items to. Your store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned items.  

Earrings 

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding on this. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following cannot be returned: 

• Earrings — for hygiene reasons
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, used, or are not in original condition 

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch and we will help you work it out. 

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest & easiest way to get the piece you want is to return your original item — once the return is approved, you are welcome to place a new order. If you need help choosing the right size or style before you buy, email us and we will point you in the right direction.
