The Milan Chain features a 1.6mm width for a substantial, visible chain that sits beautifully at the collarbone.

Chain length is 40cm with a 5cm extension — adjustable between 40cm and 45cm. At 40cm the chain sits at a classic collarbone length. At 45cm it drops just below the collarbone.
